DSR Entertainment / QuickBooks

Internal use. Explicit approval.

Terms for DSR Entertainment’s private QuickBooks Online integration.

1. Purpose and authorized use

The operator is DSR Entertainment. Test App is the Intuit app registration, not a separate Hermes desktop application. The integration supports internal accounting and administrative work through Hermes Agent in Terminal. David is the sole authorized human user and the only person authorized to access saved conversations and accounting exports. David must have authority to access the connected QuickBooks company. A connection does not authorize anyone else to use it.

2. Scope of functionality

The integration can retrieve reports and records, generate summaries and drafts, and create, update, delete, or void supported accounting records subject to API permissions. It is intended to use the QuickBooks Online Accounting API, not the Payments or Payroll APIs. Recording a payment in the books is not the same as moving money or processing a card or ACH payment.

3. Approval and review

David must explicitly approve each proposed record-changing action before execution and review the target company, record, amounts, and material details. External communications and commitments require separate approval. This is an operating requirement, not a warranty of error-proof technical enforcement.

AI outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate. Review results against authoritative records. Do not rely on the integration as the sole accounting archive or backup.

4. Responsible use

Use is limited to authorized internal business purposes. Protect access to devices and connected services. Do not access another company’s books without permission, bypass approvals, disclose secrets through chat, or use the integration unlawfully. Report suspected unauthorized access to David.

5. Third-party services

The workflow uses Hermes Agent, a QuickBooks connector, Intuit services, and external AI processing through OpenAI. Relevant accounting information and conversation context may leave the local device. The configured pathway is the ChatGPT/Codex subscription connection, not the OpenAI Platform API. Relevant history and tool results may be sent again. The store:false setting does not establish zero retention. Provider retention, deletion and processing-location commitments remain unresolved.

Applicable third-party terms and software licenses still apply. These terms grant no rights in third-party software or trademarks and do not represent endorsement by Intuit or Nous Research.

6. Privacy and disconnection

Use only information needed for authorized tasks. See the privacy policy. An authorized administrator can disconnect Test App using QuickBooks integration-management controls. Private-helper disconnect and reconnect were validated in sandbox only; the separate connector grant and production setup were not independently verified. See disconnection guidance. Disconnection does not delete stored copies or reverse earlier accounting changes.

7. Availability and professional advice

Operation depends on device availability, internet access, third-party services, subscription features, and valid authorization. Errors or outages may occur. Outputs are not a substitute for qualified accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice.

8. Status, changes, and contact

Effective date: October 7, 2026. David must review and approve these terms before using the private production integration. Material revisions will be published on this page with an updated effective date and reviewed by David before further use under the revised terms. These terms do not change applicable third-party agreements or limit rights required by law.
