A private DSR Entertainment workflow requiring David’s approval before each accounting change.

This intended integration uses the registered Intuit app Test App through Hermes Agent in Terminal for internal accounting and administration. David is the sole authorized human user and the only person authorized to access its saved conversations and accounting exports. It is not a public service, signup product, or platform for other businesses.
What the integration can do
Retrieve accounting information and reports, summarize records, prepare drafts, and make supported record changes. It is not read-only: each create, update, delete, or void action requires David’s explicit approval before execution, including review of the company, record, amounts, and other material details.
Approval is an operating requirement, not a guarantee that technical controls prevent every mistake. Results must be checked against QuickBooks.
Read before connecting
The privacy policy explains external AI processing and unresolved retention practices. The terms of use describes authorized use and responsibilities. Both documents are effective October 7, 2026.
Support and privacy
David handles support, privacy questions, and suspected security incidents at dsr@davidstromain.com. Do not send passwords, authorization codes, or other secrets.
Sandbox validation, not production readiness
Sandbox-only validation of the private helper’s disconnect and authorized reconnect succeeded, including a read-only company check. The separately configured connector grant was not independently verified. The live DSR company is not connected. Sandbox testing did not change accounting records or delete retained local data. This page does not test or report current connection status.
Retention is a review process
Under the intended approach, completed conversation groups would be reviewed monthly once at least 30 days past completion. A recurring review schedule and complete operational cleanup method are not implemented. Exact cleanup requires David’s approval; exceptions and unresolved copies can remain. There is no guaranteed 30-day erasure. Deliberate exports have a separate proposed three-year period from first save to the designated Drive folder, subject to required retention; deletion remains unverified.
