Founder and Executive Director of a Baton Rouge nonprofit dedicated to healing through music for military veterans. Built the organization from concept to operating 501(c)(3) with original programming including six-hour songwriting workshops that bring veterans together in a group setting with musician facilitators turning personal stories into professionally recorded original songs.
To date, the organization has served 300+ veterans and produced 30+ original songs. I lead all aspects of fundraising, partnerships, programming, board relations, and public storytelling for the mission.
Louisiana Arborist Association
Co-founded Louisiana's nonprofit state trade association for the arboriculture industry, dedicated to advancing professional standards in tree care across the state. The association supports members through continuing education, networking, advocacy, and licensing — and is partnered with the Louisiana Department of Agriculture & Forestry.
DSR Solutions LLC
Founder of DSR Solutions, a Louisiana government relations and lobbying firm. Registered lobbyist representing clients before state and local officials on government affairs, policy, and advocacy matters. Draws on 20+ years of relationships across Louisiana's business, nonprofit, civic, and creative communities to help clients navigate the public sector and have their voices heard.

DSR Entertainment LLC
Independent recording artist, songwriter, and entrepreneur with 10,000+ live performances and 100+ recordings released. Co-written material with Randy Owen (Alabama) and Nashville songwriter/producer Dan Tyler and many more.
Operate a full independent label and music industry operation: songwriting, album production, publishing, marketing, distribution, event production, and merchandising. Also write, perform, and produce commercial music jingles for regional and national ad campaigns. Known for high-energy live shows and the resilience to build a sustainable career on my own terms.
