Disconnect is not delete.
Administrator-assisted guidance, not a live revocation endpoint.
No disconnection happens on this page
This static page cannot inspect or revoke your connection. It does not show connection status or confirm success. A visit here is not evidence of revocation, including when arriving after a provider disconnect.
Request private assistance
David should arrange disconnection through the authorized administrator process. Contact dsr@davidstromain.com for assistance without sending secrets. An administrator must separately confirm that authorization has been revoked and that further access under the connection is no longer possible.
Understand what remains
Revoking access and removing local connection access are distinct from deleting retained information. Disconnection does not reverse accounting changes or automatically erase QuickBooks records, local conversations, exports, synchronized copies, backups, or provider-held data.
Request review of retained copies separately. The intended approach is monthly review of completed conversation groups at least 30 days past completion, with exact cleanup approval and tracked exceptions, not guaranteed 30-day erasure. The separate proposed export period is three years from first save to the designated Drive folder, subject to required retention; deletion is not operationally verified. Provider-held copies remain separate. See the privacy policy for unresolved practices and David’s responsibility for deletion.
Sandbox validation, not production readiness
Sandbox-only validation of the private helper’s disconnect and authorized reconnect succeeded, including a read-only company check. The separately configured connector grant was not independently verified. The live DSR company is not connected. Sandbox testing did not change accounting records or delete retained local data. This page does not test or report current connection status.
Administrator disconnect steps
- Verify the intended company and Test App in QuickBooks Online.
- Open Integrations, then Manage integrations. Use the app’s Action or three-dot menu, then Disconnect; if offered, use Settings to locate Disconnect. Follow the visible confirmation steps.
- Read back the provider’s integration list and separately verify that the intended existing grant no longer permits access. Verify any separately configured connector independently; do not infer success from this page.
- Review obsolete local credentials separately and obtain approval for the exact cleanup targets. Revocation, credential removal and retained-data deletion are different operations.
